WALLROAM

Climb above Tokyo. Find a wall. Make it yours.

WALLROAM is a small browser exploration sandbox set in a stylized Kabukicho. Wander the streets, climb to the rooftops, and draw on a surface you find along the way. There is no fixed route. Switch between day, dusk and night.

A place to start: leave the entrance gate, find a rooftop view you like, then try a drawing on a nearby wall.

Controls

WASD / arrows: move. Drag: look around. Space: jump. Look up and move into a wall to climb. G / Draw: choose a nearby surface and draw. V: switch camera. In-game help covers touch controls and more.

Free play and optional saving

Exploring and drawing are free. Saving to the city requires sign-in and includes three places at a time for free. Additional selected places cost US$1 per month each. No purchase is required to play. Use the full-game link for sign-in and saving.

Movement update — September 24

A fix is live for a landing bug that could move you inside a building after dropping from a rooftop. It was checked across several buildings, including walking away after landing and reloading. Reload to get the update; older saved positions start at the entrance once. Your drawings and account are unchanged. If you still get stuck, open the map, expand it to the full map, and choose Back to entrance. Not every location or device has been retested.

About

Streets and building footprints use OpenStreetMap data. Buildings and the city are artistically interpreted; business names and advertisements are fictional. Development uses AI assistance, including code and text, and some billboard artwork is AI-generated.
